5. [ Teen Patti Service ]

(1) Receive, download, install, launch, upgrade, log in, display, run and/or take screenshots of Teen Patti;

7. [ User Code of Conduct ]

7.3 You understand and agree to the following rules:

All copyrights, trademarks, and patents of Teen Patti (including but not limited to Teen Patti as a whole, all art, music, text works and other game elements and components contained in the game, and the continuous dynamic pictures presented by Teen Patti’s operation) intellectual property rights, trade secrets and other legitimate rights and interests, as well as all information content related to Teen Patti (including text, pictures, audio, video, charts, interface design, layout framework, relevant data or electronic documents, etc.) are subject to the corresponding Protected by international treaties, Teen Patti enjoys the above intellectual property rights and legitimate rights and interests, except for the rights that relevant rights holders should enjoy in accordance with legal provisions. Without the prior written consent of Teen Patti, you may not use Teen Patti (including but not limited to Teen Patti as a whole, all art, music, text works and other game elements and components contained in the game, and the operation of Teen Patti in any way). 8.2 Notwithstanding the other provisions of this Agreement, the ownership and intellectual property rights of the game data generated when you use the Teen Patti service belong to Teen Patti, and Teen Patti has the right to save and dispose of the game data. Among them, the retention period of Teen Patti's purchase records of users' purchases of game virtual currency will comply with the relevant provisions of national laws and regulations. The retention period of other game data is determined by Teen Patti at its sole discretion, unless otherwise provided by national laws and regulations.

8.3Teen Patti may involve third-party intellectual property rights, and if such third parties have requirements for your use of such intellectual property rights in Teen Patti based on this agreement, Teen Patti can notify you of the requirements in an appropriate manner, and you shall comply with them.

9. [ Comply with local legal supervision ]

9.1 When using Teen Patti services, you should abide by relevant local laws and regulations, and respect local morals and customs. If your behavior violates local laws, regulations or moral customs, you shall be independently responsible for it.

9.2 You should avoid involving Teen Patti in political and public events due to the use of Teen Patti services, otherwise Teen Patti has the right to suspend or terminate services to you.

10. [ Jurisdiction and applicable law ]

10.1 The establishment, effectiveness, performance, interpretation and dispute resolution of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Mainland China (excluding conflict of laws).

10.2 If any dispute or controversy arises between you and Teen Patti due to this Agreement, it shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation; if the negotiation fails, you agree to submit the dispute or controversy to the jurisdiction of the people's court with jurisdiction in the place where this Agreement is signed.

10.3 The titles of all clauses in this Agreement are only for the convenience of reading. They have no actual meaning and cannot be used as a basis for the interpretation of the meaning of this Agreement.

10.4 No matter whether part of the terms of this agreement is invalid for any reason, the remaining terms will still be valid and binding on all parties.

11. [ Others ]

11.1 Teen Patti has the right to change the terms of this agreement when necessary. You can check the latest version of the terms of the agreement on the relevant pages of Teen Patti. After the terms of this agreement are changed, if you continue to use Teen Patti services, you will be deemed to have accepted the changed agreement.

11.2 Teen Patti reminds you: Resist bad games and reject pirated games; pay attention to self-protection and be careful not to be deceived; moderate games are good for the brain, but addiction to games is harmful to the body; arrange your time reasonably and enjoy a healthy life.
